Sharon Crow
Sharon Crow is all about making it plain!
THE fifth of eight children born in Texas, specifically Trinity Gardens. Later moving to the North
side of Houston, attending and graduation from Forest Brook Senior High, the School that she
was a part of Naming, Choosing the school colors, Mascot and Writing of the School song .
After graduating in 1975 Sharon attended and graduated for Massy Business college.
To further her education she attended and become s proud graduate of Texas Southern
University with a BA in Social Economic in 1980.
Her degree was very helpful in her first job As a Health Inspector for the City of Houston working
with Marvin Zindler the Restaurant Critic for 5 years.
During that time becoming a Register Sanitarian
In 1986 Sharon began her career as Schemed Clerk at the United States Postal Service
With 31 years of Service she knows all about delivering the message, with the last 6 years as a
Supervisor of Distribution Operation.
If that is not enough Sharon is a Spiritual Motivational KeyNote Speaker, God has given her a
Profound Unique way of connecting Hearts with Gods Word and making it Plain.
Not only is she a Speaker but she has sponsor many Women Conference’s
to give other up and coming Speakers a chance to expand their Gifts.
She has bless Houston and all of the surrounding Cities for over 40 years of being an
ambassador of the Lord.
As a wordsmith she has written and published writings for Anniversaries, Weddings, Class
Reunions, and Graduations.
She is the Author of Poetry Moments in the early Years at Pleasant Grove (a monthly
Publication)
Married to the Late Pastor Michael R. Crow, where she labour along side her husband for 14
years at Barbers Memorial Baptist Church as First Lady.
Helping to minister to young women and children throughout the Third Ward area.
Sharon Crow also was apart of and teacher of the Monthly Mission held at the Cunney Homes
Apartment also located in Third Ward, where she bought Spiritual and Physical food to the
elderly that were not able attend regular Bible study.
After the Passing of her Husband She return to her home church: Pleasant Grove Baptist
Church where she now serve as President of the Pastors Aide Committee Under the leadership
Of Pastor Sheldon L. Jackson
She is also apart of the Social Media Team as the Commentator for the Online Church Service
at Pleasant Grove.
She is the Proud mother of two Sons Jamael and Josten
And with all that going on she find her most Joy in her 5 grandchildren.
She has many hobbies, Constructing Miniature Houses, Writing of Poetry, Puzzling.
And so grateful that God has given this awesome opportunity to be apart of The Pews are
